CAIS Online is provided with a full range of support services, including full training for new users to ensure they are fully familiar with the features and functionality that the system has to offer. All training is conducted on our dedicated training site, allowing new users to learn in a secure environment without fear of access to, or corrupting, live data. A comprehensive user manual is also provided with the system. Following training, users are then supported by a helpdesk manned by personnel with extensive knowledge of the system. The users group, which meets bi-monthly, provides a forum for front line advisors to meet and discuss system usage and potential areas for development. Registered Users: |
